In CIMIC Group Ltd v AIG Group Ltd, the court had to determine whether CIMIC was entitled to indemnity under its Director and Officers Insurers for the years 2010/ 2011 and 2011/2012 (2010 Insurers and 2011 Insurers, respectively). Quantum was referred out to a special referee.
